Description

The material used orthodontic bracket is stainless steel 06cr19ni10 (304), 00cr17ni14mo2 (316l), 05cr17ni4cu4nb (17-4ph).

The roughness ra value on the bracket wings surface should be less than 1.6 m. The retention

Strength between the bracket and the teeth surface should not be less than 20n. The stainless steel bracket should have a certain corrosion resistance. No oral mucosa irritations. No cytotoxicity. No delayed-type hypersensitivity. No genetic toxicity. No sub-chronic toxicity.

Ifu

1. The product is supplied in its original pre-cleaned packaging. Before use, the packaging should be inspected for any breaks or damage

2. Bonding the bracket on the appropriate place of the teeth surface (use qualified orthodontic

Adhesive) according to the instruction for use of orthodontic adhesive. When the bracket and teeth have a certain strength, put the orthodontic arch wire in the arch wire slot.

Storage 

Brackets should be stored in indoor which is less than 80%rh, ventilation and without corrosive 

Material.

1 . This product is for single use only, not reusable.

2. This product is only operated by qualified professional orthodontic doctor for clinical practice.

3. During the first clinical treatment, the patient should be warned by clinicians that some

Individuals may have an allergy to the material of brackets. Patients should be timely treated once oral allergy. 

4. Clinicians should warn the patient against rigid and sticky food after the clinical treatment.

(Such as bone, corn, apples, etc.), and keep good oral hygiene. 

5. Do not use if the packing breaks.

6. When bonding the bracket, the center should be located in center of clinical crown, and the 

Vertical axis should coincide with the center line of the clinical crown.

7. To clean the bracket base, and also apply adhesive on bracket base before bonding. 

8. After use, the bracket should be processed as medical solid wastage.

9. During orthodontic treatment.

10. Be sure to gently remove the ceramic bracket after finishing, so as to avoid enamel damage.

Contraindication

Patient who has the periodontal disease would not be accepted for orthodontic treatment until curing.

Pregnant woman and child before dental transitional period are not permitted of orthodontic treatment.

Indication

Orthodontic bands and other orthodontic device are used for human teeth correction, they are used in combination and installed within oral cave by professional orthodontists or dentist. The orthodontic products can be used for the following symptoms of patients :
